Prices

At BikeRecycle, all prices are in Danish kroner and stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for out-of-stock items.

Payment

Bikerecycle ApS receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay . The payment will only be debited from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Bikerecycle ApS ships to all of Europe at a fixed shipping price of DKK. NOK 999 with DHL Express. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order.

NOTE: If there is no room at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will then be notified of. If problems arise, contact our customer service.


Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 3-5 business days after the order has been confirmed.


Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. Bikerecycle ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

The refund is transferred to the specified account within 7-10 business days.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Takes physical possession of the last product, in the case of an agreement for several different products, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
- Gets physical possession of the last lot or last part when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
- The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of items over a specified period.


Return costs are borne by the buyer.


Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after receiving the product - and once the cancellation has been reported, you must return the shipment to BikeRecycle ApS no later than 14 days later.

The notice must be given by mail to Aero@BikeRecycle.dk . In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you want to send the item back to us, you must send it to our warehouse at your own expense.

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item, without at the same time giving clear notice of this.

Guarantee

A 1-year warranty is given on all purchases in our webshop. The guarantee starts from the date you placed your order.
Thus, Bikerecycle ApS takes responsibility for any errors and deficiencies with regard to the functionality of the product in the first year. It involves everything that makes the bike run as it should. Cosmetic damage and similar wear and tear caused by the customer does not apply as part of our warranty.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us and shop on our website, we need the following information about you:

  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Information about what you have purchased


We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the product to you and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing takes place according to the rules in our personal data policy for Bikerecycle ApS .
